About the Property
The original offering of this property consisted of 187 lots. It was first offered for sale in April 1979. Within 72 hours approximately 125 lots were sold, in another day or two all could have been sold, but my husband, the developer, on advice of his accountant suspended sales. A few more lots were sold that fall from an extensive waiting list. Since that time the remainder of the property has not been seriously offered for sale. I am the current owner, retired and wish to sell.
